Sessions can feel nurturing and restorative or slightly more active, depending on your needs and intentions. All practices are adapted for different experience levels, injuries, and prenatal or postpartum considerations, with consent and comfort always prioritized.
Couples Yoga Offerings
Intro Couples Session (75 minutes) – $160
A gentle, intentional introduction to yoga, breath, and connection. Ideal for couples who are new to yoga or curious about sharing a mindful practice together.
The Connection Series (3 sessions) – $420
A supportive series designed to help couples build rhythm, trust, and shared presence over time, while deepening awareness of breath, body, and energy.
The Deepen & Align Series (5 sessions) – $650
An ongoing container for deeper grounding, nervous system support, and relationship alignment through consistent, intentional practice.
