Energy Healing
Energy Healing at Lunar Alignment Healing is an intuitive, spiritually guided practice that supports the feminine through life’s many transitions—pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood, and personal transformation. Each session is held in a sacred, grounded container and may incorporate the use of healing crystals to support energetic alignment, nervous system regulation, and deep rest. Sessions can also gently include babies, inviting bonding, soothing, and shared energetic harmony for the body, heart, and soul.

Prenatal Yoga
Nurture your pregnant body and bond with your growing baby as you move through postures to work on overall strength and flexibility to support your journey into motherhood and postpartum. You will learn breathing techniques to help relax you throughout your pregnancy, and to use during labour and birth. This is also a space to connect with other mama's who are on the same journey as you, in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Couples yoga is an intentional, heart-centered practice designed to help partners slow down, reconnect, and attune to one another. These private sessions create a calm, supportive space where movement, breath, and subtle energy work come together to nourish both your relationship and your nervous systems.

Corporate Wellness Yoga sessions are designed to be inclusive, accessible, and supportive for employees of all experience levels and body types. Private yoga is a personalized, intuitive experience designed to support your body, breath, and nervous system exactly as you are. These one-on-one sessions offer a calm, intentional space to slow down, reconnect, and move with greater awareness, care, and presence.

Mom and Baby Classes at Tranquility Trails
We will gather under a covered porch, surrounded by a backdrop of nature. Our series will
encourage bonding with your baby and building your village of other like-minded mamas.
During this 3-week mini series, we will focus on the areas of the body most affected by pregnancy, birth & motherhood. We will also spend time doing a bit of "baby yoga", focusing on
developmental milestones, digestion, and overall wellness for your little one. -
Mom & Baby Classes at Tranquility Trails Farm
Pilates-inspired 3-week mini series designed to rebuild core, and overall strength and stability postpartum, using a combination of body weight, blocks, balls, and optional resistance bands.
Throughout this series, we will focus on rebuilding core and pelvic floor strength in the tranquillity of nature. You will have the opportunity to connect with like-minded mamas who will support you in building community and expanding your village. Your baby will benefit from
bonding time with you and other babies while enjoying the benefits of play and movement. -

Mom and Baby Sculpt
Pilates-inspired 6 week series designed to rebuild core, and overall strength and stability postpartum, using a combination of body weight, blocks, and optional resistance bands.
Throughout this series, there will be opportunity to connect with and strengthen your body, build community, and bond with your baby. Your baby will benefit from bonding time with you and other babies while enjoying the benefits of play and movement.
